Qualifications

• BS in Biology or a related environmental field.
• Minimum 5+ years of field lead or wildlife survey experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30–60% and work extended field seasons.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
• Demonstrated experience with environmental consulting practices, regulations, and Texas species.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong technical writing.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
