Brazos Paving, Inc. is hiring an Underground Wet Utility Superintendent in Bryan, TX, to oversee water, sewer, and storm drain projects for municipalities, commercial sites, and campuses.

You will manage on-site safety, direct field crews, and coordinate with project managers and agencies to ensure schedules and budgets are met. Ideal candidates have extensive underground utility experience, strong plan-reading skills, and proven leadership in coordinating multiple crews across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground wet utility construction (water, sewer, storm)
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs
• Strong on-site safety leadership and training
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating trades
• Ability to manage materials, labor, and equipment to meet schedules and budgets

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site safety, operations, and installation of sewer, water, and storm drain projects.
• Direct and train field personnel; communicate with project managers and agencies.
• Oversee multiple job sites; track progress and maintain on-time, on-budget productivity.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and quality work.
• Schedule materials and equipment; complete weekly reports and timecards.
