Job summary

Darigold, at our Pasco, WA plant, is seeking an Evaporator Operator who will operate milk processing equipment, perform CIP and sanitation, maintain records, and ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs. This role requires ability to work 24/7, stand for long periods, and lift up to 55 pounds.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of production experience, with certifications for pasteurizing equipment preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 Year Production Experience Preferred
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand extended periods
• Must obtain pasteurizing equipment certifications
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Operate evaporators and dairy processing equipment per SOPs
• Maintain efficiency in the operating area and suggest improvements
• Perform CIP and sanitation in the evaporator/dryer areas and maintain clean work area
• Perform quality tests on milk constituents
• Submit timely and accurate reports and maintain records
• Assist with training new personnel and follow GMP policies
