• Bachelor's degree required in Chemical/Engineering or related field.
• Statistical data and root cause analysis.
• Failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodologies.
• Process, equipment and material evaluation and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute daily manufacturing operations to meet quality output goals.
• Collaborate with Hazard Analysis team to characterize by-products and participate in HAZOP studies.
• Drive yield improvements and cost reductions; develop BKMs with sister sites.
• Identify matching and alignment issues; support material specs and procurement.
