Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and use precision measuring instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Wear required PPE for specific work area.
• Operate equipment safely following daily inspection.
• Maintain clean and organized work area, supporting 6S Lean culture.
• Inspect own work to verify integrity and conformity to design and customer specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for design specifications; use measuring tools to validate quality.
• Assemble parts and products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
• Follow written and verbal instructions for assembly process.
• Control production materials in work area and be accountable for rejects and scraps.
• Adhere to attendance and overtime requirements.
• Participate in rotation and cross training within department and inter-departments.
• Lead autonomous maintenance and 5S activities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
