You will lead characterization, DOE, data analysis, and collaborate withProcess, integration, reliability, packaging and test teams to meet electrical targets and manufacturability, enabling game-changing products in the market.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, DOE, data analysis and simulation
• Work with multiple process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to achieve these goals
• Work closely with product groups to identify and optimize wet/ash/scrub unit processes to meet critical final device parameters
