Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school in Westerville, Ohio. You will drive safely, create a welcoming environment for children, and maintain clear communication with parents and school staff.

Position is part-time with Monday–Friday hours and PAID training. Compensation is per route with potential additional amounts based on duration and distance driven.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience is required.
• Insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone are needed.
• Able to pass onboarding including fingerprinting, drug screening and a physical exam.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Your Role as a Driver:

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff
• Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY6:00-9:00am and 1:30-4:30pm on weekdays

Requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record
• You have at least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience
• You have an insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone
• You are able to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including but not limited to fingerprinting drug screening, and physical exam
• You arerequired to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
