Job summary

Buckled In in Richland, WA is seeking responsible part-time drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school. You will work a weekday schedule with morning and afternoon shifts, while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children.

You must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, and own an insured four-door vehicle. English reading/writing/speaking must be proficient.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience.
• Insured four-door vehicle and smartphone.
• Pass onboarding including fingerprinting, drug screening, and physical exam.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely to and from school.
• Create a positive environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Follow Monday–Friday 6:00–9:00am and 1:30–4:30pm schedule.

Your Role as a Driver:

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school


• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children


• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff


• Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY6:00-9:00am and 1:30-4:30pm on weekdays

Requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record


• You have at least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience


• You have an insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone


• You are able to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including but not limited to fingerprinting drug screening, and physical exam


• You arerequired to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
