Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school in Springfield, OH. This part-time role offers paid training and pay per route, with a friendly office staff supporting you.

You will work Monday through Friday, roughly 20 hours per week during the school year, driving students safely, and communicating with families and school staff. English proficiency and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • At least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience.
  • Insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
  • Able to pass onboarding including fingerprinting, drug screening, and physical exam.
  • Must read, write and speak English proficiently.

  • Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
  • Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
  • Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
  • Available Monday–Friday 6:00–9:00am and 1:30–4:30pm.

  • Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY6:00-9:00am and 1:30-4:30pm on weekdays
Requirements:
  • You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • You have at least 1 year of meaningful caregiving experience
  • You have an insured four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone
  • You are able to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including but not limited to fingerprinting drug screening, and physical exam
  • You arerequired to read, write and speak English at a proficient level
