• Ability to regularly lift, move, and position merchandise.
• Ability to safely use store equipment including handheld devices, step stools, and dollies per policy.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read and understand English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers, engaging with them, and thanking them.
• Build customer relationships by identifying needs, recommending products, and providing knowledgeable service.
• Use effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, company programs, and current Western and workwear trends.
• Assist customers with product selection, special orders, and locating merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing; stock merch and recover displays.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed, signed, stocked, and located per standards.
• Stay attentive to store safety and report concerns to management.
• Report on time and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Follow policies and procedures; assist with merchandising updates and price changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
