We are seeking a highly motivated Western Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth for our highly engineered and precision Radio Frequency (RF) connectors within the Aerospace and Defense industries. This individual will be responsible for expanding our market presence, cultivating strong relationships with medium to large aerospace and defense customers, and ensuring our RF solutions are effectively integrated into their systems.
The ideal candidate has deep industry expertise, a strong technical understanding of RF connectors, and an established network within the defense and aerospace sectors. This position is offered as a remote role with 50% or more travel requirements.
This position requires use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR, including U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents ('Green Card Holders'), Political Asylees, or Refugees. This position requires US Person status.

The annual salary range is from $129,900 to $194,300, plus benefits and incentives.
