Job summary

The Simplot Company, headquartered in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Regional Finance Service Manager for the Western Region. This role leads credit functions across multiple business segments, develops credit policies, sets limits, and ensures compliance.

It reports to the Senior Retail Financial Services Manager and requires up to 50% travel. Candidates from the Western Region (including ID, WA, OR, CA) are welcome; location will be determined by candidate location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years related experience in Food Manufacturing and/or Agriculture preferred.
• Experience in collections and lending and/or extension of credit.
• Solid background in business administration and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Area Financial Service Managers across multiple U.S. locations.
• Analyze financial strengths/weaknesses of customers to determine credit eligibility.
• Develop, implement and manage credit collection procedures per policies.
• Maintain effective communication with credit information networks.
• Manage collections process and negotiate with past-due accounts.
• Update credit policy with new concepts and procedures.
• Set performance objectives for Area Financial Services Managers and monitor results.
• Interview, train, and develop employees for career growth.
