Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected before start date.
• Recent grads or early career professionals welcomed (up to 2 years).
• Interest in sales, consumer goods, retail operations, or related leadership.
• Leadership through internships, campus orgs, athletics, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and data-driven insights to customers.
• Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights.
• Ensure product availability, freshness, and in-store execution standards.
• Manage territory administration, reporting, expenses, and POS materials.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support business goals.
