Walden Security in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time weekend Security Officer to cover Saturday and Sunday shifts from 0600 to 1800. You will join a team responsible for protecting our client's industrial and commercial properties.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and pass background and drug tests. A valid driver's license is required, and driving within a large manufacturing yard is part of the role.

We have a client in Knoxville that need a part time/weekend officer 0600-1800on Saturday and Sunday only.

Part time Weekend Security Officers typically work two12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

Employee will be required to complete a State of Tennessee Unarmed Security licensing course before the start. The course will be 2 days done during the week.

This position requires driving a vehicle within a large manufacturing yard. Must have a valid drivers license, be at least 25 years old and driving record will be checked before start. No DUI or multiple occurrences will pass. The officer ensures there are no hazards such as leaks, fire or suspicious activity in the building and yard. Will assist drivers and visitors to their designated area.

What You Will Do

Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.

Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
