Walden Security in Nashville, TN is seeking dedicated Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to protect client sites, staff, and visitors. You will monitor, report incidents, enforce access control, and assist with directions while upholding a welcoming environment.

We train entry-level officers, help you obtain and maintain TN security licensure, and offer same-day offers with extensive onboarding. Flexible shifts and competitive pay are provided as part of Walden's commitment to employee growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming environment. This position requires strong observation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The position is projected through the end of the year. Upon completion any officers in good standing can transfer to available positions within the market. Schedules may change upon transfer and are subject to availability.

We happily train entry level Security Officers. We will help you obtain and maintain a security license in the state of TN with an excellent training. Please note. Applications submitted without a resume will not be considered for this position.

Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.

Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)


• Minimum of 18 years of age


• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
