Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research technical accounting issues and provide accounting guidance to business units and corporate functions.
• Monitor emerging accounting standards and support the implementation of new reporting requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal guidance documentation.
• Administer accounting policy resources and identify industry best practices to enhance financial reporting.
• Prepare SEC reporting schedules, disclosures, footnotes, and supporting documentation for quarterly and annual filings.
• Analyze financial statement fluctuations, prepare disclosure checklists, and maintain supporting workpapers.
• Perform materiality assessments and evaluate unrecorded differences to support accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to address technical accounting matters and audit requests.
• Manage internal representation letter processes and support compliance with financial reporting controls.
• Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend reporting to support management decision-making and continuous process improvement.
