SYNERGY HomeCare seeks compassionate HHA/PCA to support clients in Westchester, Mt. Vernon, White Plains, Yonkers and nearby areas. Employment can be PT or FT with weekday and/or weekend shifts.

Drivers preferred; base pay is $20/hour with pay up to $25/hour depending on skill/assignment/driver, with weekly pay and benefits. Formación

• Background screening completed successfully.
• Drug screening completed successfully.
• Two professional references provided.
• A medical physical completed within past 10 months with clearance.
• Evidence of a negative TB test within the last year.
• Home Health Care Certification(s) obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ADLs as directed: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Assist with mobility devices and medication reminders.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping if requested.
• Adhere to office policies and ensure client care quality with the Synergy team.
