Job summary

Always Compassionate Health in White Plains, NY is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients across Westchester County and NYC. Immediate opportunities with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Pay is $19.65–$21.00 per hour with options for Days, Nights, and Weekends; benefits include weekly pay, 401(k), PTO, and medical/vision coverage. NY state HHA or PCA certification required.

Qualifications

• NY State HHA or PCA certification required.
• Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients.
• Strong communication skills.
• English proficiency.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Physical, Quantiferon or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Accompany clients to appointments or on walks.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
