Job summary

Egis in the United States is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead design efforts for local airport projects. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and scope while guiding a team of engineers and consultants to deliver high-quality infrastructure.

You’ll develop client relationships, lead proposals, and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Strong communications and leadership are essential for success at Egis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience on transportation projects.
• Professional License in OK preferred.
• Regional business development and marketing experience, able to lead proposals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design of projects for local airport sponsors.
• Direct and/or perform engineering calculations from preliminary to final design.
• Develop plans, specs, reports, and cost estimates.
• Foster client development and relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with project staff, disciplines, clients, and reviewers for accuracy and quality.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, scope, and proposals.
• Schedule work to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Hire, supervise, develop, and evaluate engineering staff.
