Job summary

Noble Roofing is hiring roofing sales reps in Lubbock to run inspections, close sales, and manage the customer journey from lead to installation. You’ll use canvassing and our referral program to build your pipeline, with a focus on delivering clear, language-friendly proposals.

Preferred candidates have 3–4 years in roofing sales and knowledge of roof measurement reports (EagleView/Hover). Comfort with canvassing and travel within Texas is a plus.

Qualifications

• Roofing sales experience is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.
• Able to climb ladders and work outdoors in Texas weather.
• Smartphone and apps for photos, measurements, and notes.

Responsibilities

• Run roof inspections, measure, and photograph properties.
• Document storm damage and explain it in plain terms to owners.
• Present options, write clear proposals, and close sales.
• Close the sale and hand off to production with complete paperwork.
• Remain the point of contact through install and request reviews.
