Job summary

Quanta Services South Region seeks a blended Project Manager and Construction Manager to lead on-site construction efforts in West Texas. You will oversee field execution, balance production with safety, schedule, and cost, and collaborate with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to meet milestones.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing crews, and the ability to move between field work and project planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction experience with field execution and project management.
• Experience as Superintendent/Foreman or project manager is valued.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, schedules and scopes.
• Strong planning, leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site West Texas and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field execution with focus on production, safety, and milestones.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, PMs, subcontractors, and customers.
• Monitor schedules, look-ahead plans, labor productivity, and costs.
• Maintain awareness of project costs, budgets, forecasts, and scope changes.
• Walk the site to verify progress and resolve issues affecting production.
• Ensure resources are available for safe and efficient work.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership and partners.
