NES Fircroft is seeking a General Manager for the West Texas operation in Midland to lead business development, drive growth, and oversee the facility's P&L, safety, and operational metrics.

The ideal candidate has deep Permian Basin connections, a proven track record in oil and gas, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while guiding a skilled shop team toward profitability and reliable delivery.

Formación

• Significant tenure at an oil & gas service or manufacturing company serving the Permian Basin, with a track record of commercial growth and general management.

Responsabilidades

• Own business development for the West Texas market — identify, pursue, and win new business with Permian Basin operators, OEMs, and service and rental companies to grow market share.
• Lead and support existing outside and inside sales resources focused on West Texas.
• Leverage and expand a local network of relationships across the Permian Basin to make ASAP the partner of choice in the region.
• Develop and implement operations strategies to improve shop efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with the shop manager to ensure the facility is fully staffed with qualified, skilled labor and operating productively.
• Create and maintain a strong culture of accountability through the development and enforcement of daily/weekly/monthly performance goals.
• Manage the full P&L for the Midland facility and proactively raise significant trends in costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
• Partner with the shop manager to ensure machinery uptime and maintenance investments support the facility’s commitments to customers.
