You will handle orders, bids, and contract terms while maintaining accurate order routing and communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate shipping/logistic issues with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders including installs, contracts and bids.
• Process web orders via the sales order router.
• Manage bids entry, amendments and wins in the bid router.
• Ensure correct purchasing contracts and terms at order entry.
• Maintain sales order routers and manager screens daily.
• Follow through on started tasks to completion.
• Coordinate with Customer Relations/ServiceNow for smooth order flow.
• Provide order release support from Sales Order Manager/Router.
• Serve as point of contact for order status with account teams.
