Responsibilities

• Order entry, including installs, contracts and bids.
• Web order processing through the sales order router.
• Manage bids entry and routing to win bids.
• Ensure correct purchasing contracts and terms on entry.
• Maintain daily sales order routers and manager screens.
• Follow up on Customer Relations/ServiceNow requests to ensure smooth order flow.
• Provide daily operational assistance to release orders in systems.
• Act as contact for order status with account teams.
