Batchline Solutions in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Sanitation Associate Level 1 to maintain a clean production area and support sanitation of lines, equipment, and facilities in a GMP-compliant environment.

You will follow SOPs, complete daily records, and work in a refrigerated environment (-9 to 42 °F) for 8+ hours, with occasional weekend shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match and PTO.

Our team of culinary experts includes award-winning chefs, presidents of iconic food brands, and over 70 years of combined business, operations, and technology experience - not to mention, an unwavering passion for food.We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the Sanitation Associate Level 1 role at our food manufacturing facility located at 18675 Madrone Pkwy, Ste 150, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. The Sanitation Associate Level 1 is responsible for maintaining assigned areas clean through effective use of established procedures and chemicals as required by the sanitation program at Batchline Solutions The Associate is also responsible for supporting other duties such as but not limited to: cleaning machinery, storage, disposal of chemicals and all other activities related to the shipping of meal kit boxes. All Batchline Solutions employees are also required to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food handling procedures, quality control, and all safety procedures and policies in our distribution centers.What will you be doing:* Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the production area. This includes but is not limited to: interior and exterior of the warehouse.* Assist with conventional and organic cleaning on production lines in sanitation practices outlined by the company.* Ensure compliance with production and industry standards (USFDA, NOP Organic) by maintaining the Sanitation Master schedule.* Adhere Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) guidelines by following cleaning procedures using established SOP/SSOPs.* Follow established procedures for cleaning at all times and offer support and suggestions when necessary.* Work responsibly and safely at all times.
