Batchline Solutions seeks a Sanitation Associate Level 1 to maintain a clean production area at our Morgan Hill facility. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, sanitizing, and supporting production lines while following GMPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience with food handling, sanitation, warehouse operations or related field preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and follow manuals, procedures and policies in English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision or in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated with professionalism and integrity.
• Detail oriented and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the production area, interiors and exteriors of the warehouse.
• Assist with cleaning on production lines following sanitation practices and SOPs.
• Maintain the Sanitation Master schedule to ensure GMP and regulatory standards (USFDA, NOP Organic).
• Follow GMPs and established SOP/SSOPs for cleaning and chemicals handling.
• Serve, clean, and sanitize restrooms; sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors.
• Report hazardous conditions to supervisor or HR; complete daily task records.
• Support other teams with packing and auditing products as needed.
• Complete training as assigned and adhere to Batchline Solutions policies.

Our team of culinary experts includes award-winning chefs, presidents of iconic food brands, and over 70 years of combined business, operations, and technology experience—not to mention, an unwavering passion for food.We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the Sanitation Associate Level 1 role at our food manufacturing facility located at 18675 Madrone Pkwy, Ste 150, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. The Sanitation Associate Level 1 is responsible for maintaining assigned areas clean through effective use of established procedures and chemicals as required by the sanitation program at Batchline Solutions The Associate is also responsible for supporting other duties such as but not limited to: cleaning machinery, storage, disposal of chemicals and all other activities related to the shipping of meal kit boxes. All Batchline Solutions employees are also required to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food handling procedures, quality control, and all safety procedures and policies in our distribution centers.What will you be doing:Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the production area. This includes but is not limited to: interior and exterior of the warehouse.Assist with conventional and organic cleaning on production lines in sanitation practices outlined by the company.Ensure compliance with production and industry standards (USFDA, NOP Organic) by maintaining the Sanitation Master schedule.Adhere Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) guidelines by following cleaning procedures using established SOP/SSOPs.Follow established procedures for cleaning at all times and offer support and suggestions when necessary.Work responsibly and safely at all times.
