Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring a Distribution Material Handler in Houston for the 1st shift (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). Base rate is $23.65/hour with opportunities to contribute to safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will receive, store, pick, load, and distribute products and POS materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and organized workflow. A strong attention to safety and detail is essential for daily tasks and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasional heavy lifting.
• Work in a warehouse environment with safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers containing palletized and non-palletized products and POS materials.
• Use manual and powered material-handling equipment to move products.
• Sort and place products on racks and storage locations.
• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders from stock.
• Prepare orders for shipment and label products with required information.
• Follow safety, food safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts (5S).
• Perform other duties to support warehouse operations.
