Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Regional Security Manager for the West Region, overseeing security programs at corporate facilities in Southern California and the wider region. You will lead the development of enhanced security protocols, coordinate with site leadership, and manage crisis response and travel requirements for events.

This role requires extensive security leadership experience, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to operate with limited supervision across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of security management experience with corporate security, law enforcement, or military.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university.
• Experience in risk analysis, threat modelling and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and coordinate staff follow up with management and law enforcement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement, management, and partners.
• Manage guard forces in assigned facilities.
• Conduct periodic security reviews and risk assessments.
• Support security infrastructure projects at properties.
• Be available for after-hours emergency response; travel as needed.
