Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in beverage/alcohol industry.
• Proven track record managing distributor relationships and driving performance.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the regional sales strategy for the Western U.S. (AZ, CA, OR, WA, CO).
• Manage distributor performance, forecasting, and reviews with leadership.
• Recruit, coach, and grow a high-performing field sales team.
• Drive KPIs: depletion, distribution, velocity, new accounts, and compliance.
• Analyze regional data to identify opportunities and risks and design action plans.
