Job summary

RESA Power, LLC. seeks an SVP, West Region to lead strategic regional growth, financial performance, and operational excellence across the West. You will shape long-term plans, manage budgets and P&Ls, and build a high-performing leadership team while collaborating with executive leadership.

You will mentor regional leaders, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure safety, compliance, and customer success across multiple locations. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field is required.
• Fifteen (15) years of operations leadership experience in the Electrical Services Industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding budgets and achieving forecasts.
• Strong leadership and talent development skills across geographically dispersed teams.
• Solid understanding of HSEQ, DOT, and OSHA compliance and safety.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops 1-, 3-, and 5-year regional growth plans and aligns leaders to achieve goals.
• Hires, trains, mentors regional leaders and sets development targets.
• Manages regional budget and P&L, optimizing expenses while achieving targets.
• Builds relationships with customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Oversees cross-functional initiatives and ensures profitability of projects.
• Leads continuous improvement and risk management across the region.
• Represents the region in leadership and board discussions and reports on performance.
