Job summary

McBee, a Netsmart company, seeks an experienced RCM Regional Sales Advisory Executive for the West region. You will engage health-system leaders, uncover optimization opportunities, and position subscription-based advisory and tech-enabled services to improve financial performance.

You will build executive relationships, lead multi-stage deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes within a large healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling healthcare technology, advisory, or services.
• Experience engaging CFOs and senior executives in complex deals.
• Strong executive presentation and written communication skills.
• Hands-on pipeline forecasting and deal progression management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close strategic RCM opportunities with large providers.
• Expand McBee’s advisory and subscription services across the West region.
• Cultivate executive relationships and leverage network for pipeline growth.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes: discovery, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and technical teams to tailor client solutions.
• Support RFP responses and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.
• Travel up to 40% to meet clients and conduct executive briefings.
