Job summary

Sigma Foods is seeking an experienced Food Service Sales Manager to grow and strengthen our European Brands business. This role focuses on developing key customer relationships, expanding the assigned food service customer base, and executing sales strategies to support company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in food service.
• Experience in direct sales management and key account management.
• Experience managing brokers and distributor relationships.
• Strong understanding of the food service channel and customer landscape.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand the food service customer base within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve objectives.
• Develop territory growth plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and support food brokers to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers, brokers, and internal teams to drive revenue growth.
• Represent the company at local and national trade shows and events.
• Serve as a product and industry resource for customers and partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
