Job summary

CCS Fundraising, a leading nonprofit fundraising consultancy, is seeking a motivated professional to support Catholic parish and diocesan campaigns. You will coordinate campaign plans, manage volunteers, track progress, and collaborate with pastors, donors, and staff to help communities reach their philanthropic goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, willingness to relocate for campaigns, and a passion for mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Implement campaign work plans, timelines, and materials.
• Track fundraising progress and measure results.
• Coach and train volunteer groups to maximize impact.
• Manage relationships with parish leaders, volunteers, and donors.
• Contribute to industry insights and fundraising best practices.
• Work on-site Monday-Friday with occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
