Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the Atlantic Region. You will implement campaign plans, manage volunteers, track fundraising progress, and coach leaders across diocesan campaigns, with a focus on mission-driven philanthropy.

We value collaboration, on-site presence at parishes Monday-Friday, and the ability to adapt during evenings and occasional weekends. A strong client-facing narrative, plus Spanish or driving flexibility, are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Willingness to temporarily relocate within the Atlantic Region for assignments if not local and on-site.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff at all levels, volunteers, and donors.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Great storytelling skills and strong public speaking ability.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Implement campaign work plans, timelines, and customized materials.
• Manage, motivate, and train groups of volunteers.
• Track, measure, and analyze fundraising progress.
• Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices.
• Contribute insights into industry-wide philanthropic trends.
• Work on-site at Catholic parishes Monday-Friday, with regular evening hours and occasional weekend commitments.
