Job summary

CCS Fundraising, an international strategic fundraising firm, seeks professionals to lead parish and diocesan campaigns across the Atlantic Region. You will implement plans, manage volunteers, and coach leaders to maximize fundraising outcomes while collaborating with pastors, staff, and donors.

Qualifications

• Willingness to temporarily relocate within the Atlantic Region for assignments, including nights/weekends as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, volunteers, donors, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns.
• Storytelling and donor-facing communication abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement campaign work plans, timelines, and customized materials.
• Manage, motivate, and train groups of volunteers.
• Track, measure, and analyze fundraising progress.
• Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices.
• Contribute insights into industry-wide philanthropic trends.
• Work on-site at Catholic parishes Monday-Friday, with evening hours and occasional weekend commitments.
