Summary

This position is responsible for supervising all activities related to operations in the FIL (Line Off) Department on 1st shift, through maintaining production and quality requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all established production, quality, and delivery commitments are met
  
  
  • Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of production problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent production delays

  • Performs administrative activities and record keeping associated with the effective management of FIL operation, such as, compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports
  
  
  • Should be able to accurately complete multiple reports using Excel by the end of his or her shift, and these reports should be stored neatly and should be accessible in a timely manner
  
  
  • Ensures team members follow departmental policies and procedures. Provides coaching and discipline when needed
