Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience coaching and motivating employees.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse computer systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot).
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety.
• Proven ability to drive results and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities and provide frontline leadership.
• Coach and develop associates through daily process observations and feedback.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety performance.
• Track KPIs and maintain continuous improvement boards.
• Identify process issues and implement improvements using problem-solving tools.
• Audit and maintain 5S standards throughout the warehouse.
• Support training compliance and workforce readiness.
• Serve as operational leader during Supervisor absences and attend leadership meetings as needed.
