With a base pay range of $185,000 – $250,000, the successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a robust understanding of AI and machine learning to drive innovation within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in underwriting Liability business.
• Recognised relationship building with brokers.
• Specialised understanding of Liability insurance markets.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of underwriters to meet Liability targets.
• Negotiate terms for large clients and manage critical accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
