Join us as a Shift Leader at Crumbl in West Lebanon. We are opening a new location within 30 days and are looking for energetic leaders to help us launch successfully.

About the Role

As a Shift Leader, you will set the tone for your team, ensuring efficient, clean, and energetic shifts. Responsibilities include managing station assignments, assisting with cookie prep and baking, monitoring quality, supporting team members, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
