Qualifications

• 2–3 years of legal assistant experience with exposure to litigation.
• Knowledge of the litigation process from intake through trial.
• California e-filing experience; familiarity with serving documents, calendaring deadlines, and maintaining case files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, serve, and track litigation documents in California state courts
• Maintain case files, CAP & PROOF records, and monitor litigation deadlines
• Assist attorneys with discovery, depositions, IMEs, mediations, and trial preparation
• Coordinate service of process, e-service, and court filings
• Support a team of attorneys and legal staff in a fast-paced office environment
