You will handle complex real estate matters from start to finish, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures, working with a team of seasoned attorneys.

The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, manage transactions through closing, and bring strong academic credentials with a California Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
• Experience with financing documentation and joint venture operating agreements.
• Ability to manage transactions through completion.
• Strong academic credentials and law school background.
• California Bar admission.

Responsibilities
