Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role in retail or hospitality.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus depending on market requirements.

Responsibilities

• Care for customers in the store and throughout the customer cycle.
• Receive training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling.
• Manage omni-channel services, greet and guide customers, and deliver best-in-class experiences.
