Acne Studios is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Geary Street store in San Francisco. You will care for our customers in-store, guiding them through the full customer cycle with a luxury service mindset.

Training in luxury sales, service, and clienteling will be provided to support your success. You will welcome customers, deliver omni-channel services, and strive to exceed sales and clienteling targets.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling.
• Fluent in English; additional languages per market optional.

Responsibilities

• Caring for customers in-store and throughout the customer cycle.
• Provide luxury service and clienteling with coaching/training.
• Manage omni-channel services and guide customers through purchase paths.
• Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets; uphold procedures and inventory management.
