Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates can be fully licensed, securities or insurance licensed, or willing to become licensed.
• Securities licensed (Series 7/66 or 6/63) or willingness to obtain within 120 days.
• Insurance licensed/appointed for life/health and variable products.
• Must be licensed/appointed in all states where supporting the adviser operates.
• 2+ years customer service or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle sensitive member communications and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Co-present product seminars and workshops as needed.
• Assist in fund selection criteria and tracking against indexes for WRAP accounts.
• Support business planning, marketing, and referral generation for the practice.
• Prepare product applications and support member meetings.
• Collaborate with financial representatives to service client needs and product changes.
• Drive marketing services including direct-mail and fraternal activities.
