West Dakota Meats in Bismarck, ND is hiring for a part- or full-time role focused on customer service, meat packaging, and sales transactions. The team handles packaging, labeling, and display readiness while maintaining a clean and inviting counter for customers.

The position requires a welcoming attitude, cash handling experience, and prior POS experience. Day-to-day duties include price labeling and ensuring shelves stay stocked and appealing for shoppers.

• Prepare items for display by packaging, and labeling products
• Process sales transactions
• Keep our shelves and service counter stocked with fresh products. Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays
• Contribute to a clean environment through regular cleaning tasks
• Price, date, wrap and/or bag meat products per established guidelines using scales

In this role you will multi-task packaging meat and processing sales transactions utilizing a POS system. If you are passionate about putting a smile on someone's face and getting your foot in the door of the meat industry, this might be the right place for you.

What will I do?

Preferred candidates:

• Have a welcoming and helpful attitude
• Prior experience with a POS

Shifts available:

We have part time or full time shifts available Monday - Saturday rotation.
