Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic client relationships and growth in late‑phase services. You will design and defend proposals, and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to create opportunities and win new business.

You will identify opportunities, present capabilities at client meetings and industry events, and collaborate with sponsors and WWCT teams to drive delivered results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building productive client relationships in clinical research or health sciences industries.
• Ability to design and deliver solution-driven capabilities and proposal defense presentations in collaboration with clinical and operational personnel.
• Extensive knowledge in sales methods and practices.
• Fluent in English – written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and sales objectives through proactive communication and sales for late-phase services to assigned clients.
• Connect WWCT team to your established network of biotech/pharma contacts.
• Identify new contact leads for potential Phase II–IV business.
• Develop and implement territory and key account strategies for growth and retention.
• Coordinate trade shows and client meetings, ensuring activities stay within budget.
