Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Regional Parts Procurement Specialist on the West Coast to oversee regional procurement operations, coach Parts Managers, and drive supplier performance. You will collaborate with stores to optimize procurement workflows, implement procurement systems, and ensure accurate data across platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in parts management or procurement, strong leadership, and knowledge of automotive parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in parts management, procurement, or related field.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and data management tools.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and performance coaching to Parts Managers across the region.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure pricing, availability, and service.
• Coordinate with stores to streamline procurement communication and processes.
• Promote adoption of procurement systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in selecting preferred vendors based on metrics and alignment.
• Ensure accurate data management in procurement system(s).
• Launch standard onboarding practices for new store acquisitions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency.
