Job summary

Crash Champions seeks a Regional Parts Procurement Specialist to lead procurement operations in the Central Plains region. You will coach Parts Managers, enforce policies, and drive vendor performance to meet company standards.

You will manage vendor relationships, promote procurement systems adoption, and coordinate with stores to ensure accurate data and streamlined processes across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in parts management, procurement, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and data management tools.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Performance Management: Coach and develop Parts Managers to enhance performance and compliance with Procurement policies.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors to ensure pricing, availability, and service.
• Preferred Vendor Selection and Data Management: Assist Regional Parts Managers in selecting vendors and ensure accurate data in procurement systems.
• Standard Practices and Procedures: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy standard onboarding practices for new store acquisitions.
• Training and Development: Work with Training Partners to identify knowledge gaps and deploy targeted training for parts team.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational excellence.
