Job summary

CR CHICKS is seeking a Regional Market Leader to drive the performance of its Sarasota-area restaurants. The role is hands-on, translating strategy into execution at the restaurant level while partnering with above-store leadership to push sales, profitability, guest experience and team engagement.

Travel is required regionally, with extended time in the East Coast market for training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit QSR, fast casual, or full-service restaurants.
• Strong financial acumen and cost control skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in talent development and team engagement.
• Willingness to travel regionally and to East Coast training.
