Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a West Coast Regional Manager who will lead sales efforts across the West Coast from a remote base in Arizona or nearby states. You will develop key accounts, drive market share, and collaborate with leadership to create sales programs.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of sales management experience, a Bachelor's in business or related field, and strong prospecting and closing skills. Travel will be regular to support the region.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with new customers and increase market share of Protect-All Flooring.
  • Sales development (including national account sales) and growth in your territory/region.
  • Develop sales programs with the Sales Manager & Distribution leadership.
  • Grow revenue with existing customer network to increase market share.
  • Establish inventory levels with customers to support sales region.
  • Travel regionally in your territory at least three weeks per month.
  • Attend trade shows and supplier events when needed.
  • Promote health, safety, and environmental policies and a culture of safety

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you looking for a challenge? Are you a hunter? Looking to grow a territory while building longlasting sales relationships? If so, Protect-All Flooring is looking for a West Coast Regional SalesManager located in Arizona or the surrounding states.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Build relationships with new customers and increase market share of Protect-All Flooring.
  • Sales development (to include national acct sales) and sales growth in your assigned territory/region.
  • Work with the Sales Manager & Distribution leadership on the development of sales programs.
  • Work with existing customer network to increase the sales and market share of Protect-All Flooring.
  • Work with customers to establish inventory levels to support sales region.
  • Travel regionally in your territory at least three weeks per month.
  • Attend trade shows and supplier events when needed.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/related field or equivalent experience required
Required Work Experience: 2-4 years of sales management experience required, to include; fully developed sales skills (prospecting,qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers)
Travel Requirements: Able to travel frequently

  • Demonstrated success prospecting for and closing new business
  • Flooring and/or construction background preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time and territory management habits
  • Experience with personal computer, e-mail, Google platform, Microsoft Office programs and CRM

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
